What will our sessions look like?
You’ll work closely with a specialist coach in weekly online sessions, following a structured development programme tailored to your position, current ability, and long-term goals, supported by the use of elite-level analysis tools
Together, you and your coach will explore and apply the Four Fundamentals model through application to practical examples. You will break down each key area into focused units to ensure deep understanding and then look at how they link together to create a well-rounded, intelligent player ready for the next level
These sessions are designed to deepen your technical understanding of the game and give insight into what scouts and professional clubs look for when identifying emerging talent.
Our support goes beyond the weekly calls — if you have any match footage, your coach can provide in-depth analysis and feedback to assess your performance in real competitive situations, ensuring your progress is measured and meaningful
